What the WHAT did I read here???
I am utterly speechless, The Wife Between Us was one hell of a ride that’s for sure. The blurb is right, most of my assumptions were totally wrong and this book had plot twists that I couldn’t see coming from a mile away. The book was very fast paced, and I wasn’t bored with it at all. It takes a while to find out all the secrets that our characters have to reveal and at the end, BAM, one of the most shocking discoveries of them all.
I liked the writing style, and the authors did a great job of telling you about the characters without giving away too much at once. I liked having the background and that they were setting the scene for the rest of the book.
A couple of the plot twists might be a little unbelievable for some people, but that’s why we read right? I want to read about something that would probably never happen in real life. That’s what reading is about for me. And this one does the trick.
I am SO excited to see this as a movie, I have a feeling it is going to be pretty amazing.
I definitely recommend this book. Although I didn’t give it 5 stars, I still really, truly enjoyed it.
