This is an older review, from a few months after the book came out, but it still holds true based on a re-read last month. Surprisingly, this one stands the test of time. The plot still works, as do the characters. Anyway, here's the original review: I was told, repeatedly, since the ARC of this book came out, that there was a big twist...and that was the only information I was given other than "you have to read this." I found a copy at McKay's earlier in the week, and I've gotta say, everything I was told was spot on. Even knowing the twist, I didn't expect it. The story was well crafted, the characters were believable, and the book sucks you in. I haven't enjoyed a psychological thriller as much as this one in a very long time.
