This book is absolutely wonderful if you like twisted-up psychological thrillers. It's like an intricate portrait which, while watching the process, you see splashes of color that make no sense, until the end when every tiny detail comes into view and is woven together wonderfully. I suspected much but each section revealed a new surprise to me. It's such a rare event that I devoured the last 60% or so in one day. There is a bit of swearing and sexual content. Not a ton, but enough that I'd not feel comfortable with a young teen reading it. There is violence but nothing gory or overly graphic, just descriptive enough for story content. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this book but it's say mid-tween would be the lowest age bracket I could be comfortable recommending it to. Very much worth the read, just make sure you have time to read that last half all at once!
