I really liked this one, much more than I expected to. Thanks Mom for lending me your copy! It was unputdownable, and the twists really knocked me for a loop. I did get annoyed with the main character’s constant moping in the beginning but it becomes clear later on. The pacing was absolutely perfect. I loved the crisp writing style.
I did find the ending a little unclear. I had to read parts several times and was still a little confused. I think a slightly more tidied up ending would have made if a five star read for me.
I am absolutely going wherever these authors take me in their future books. The perfect blend of creepy, edge of your seat suspense without being so outlandish that I roll my eyes and toss it aside.
