This book freaked me out! I felt it was very well written, characters were likeable and well developed. It was a good thriller but my problem was the involvement of children. As a mother it’s just too hard to read about a child being kidnapped or disappearing. Overall if you like a good thriller this is definitely a book for you.
I would absolutely read more works by this author and recommend this book with the warning of children being abducted-as it maybe hard for others as well. Some great twists and turns that I did not see coming which added to the intrigue of this story. I especially liked the plot with the senior detective and the father and son (no spoilers there) as I did not see that coming.
