"If you leave the door half open, soon you'll hear the whispers spoken. If you play outside alone, soon you won't be going home. If your window's left unlatched, you'll hear him tapping at the glass. If you're lonely, sad, and blue, the Whisper Man will come for you."⁣⁣

Twenty years ago, in the town of Featherbank, Frank Carter (a.k.a The Whisper Man) abducted and murdered five little boys. He got his nickname by luring his victims out by whispering at their windows at night. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Detective Pete has spent his career searching for the Whisper Man. You would think catching him would have felt like a win for him but he is still haunted by Frank twenty years later. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After the sudden death of his wife, Tom and his son Jake, decide to start fresh in the town of Featherbank. Soon after they get settled in their new home, another boy vanishes. His disappearance has an eerily resemblance to Frank's crimes. Is there a copycat killer? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And now Jake is acting strange and hears whispering at his window... 😳⁣⁣

When I first heard about this book, I just knew it would be suspenseful. I remember telling some friends about the books called The Whisper Man and The Chestnut Man and we all agreed they sound super scary. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
BUT I was told by a few bookstagram friends that this book isn't as scary as I had thought and they were right!! The Whisper Man has just the right amount of creepy to make it a page turner but not scary. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I. LOVED. IT!! ⁣⁣
