I could not put this book down! I had been seeing this book everywhere on Bookstagram and luckily, my IRL book club picked it for the September read! I thought it was just the right amount of creepiness, without being too overboard with the supernatural. I don't usually try to figure out the whodunit aspect of a book, but with this one, once we knew where the story was going, I was desperately trying to figure it out! I was so pleasantly surprised by the way Alex North was able to wrap up all of the loose ends so well by the end of the book. Of course, I wish things had ended up differently regarding a major relationship that was developing, but I can see why the book needed to go in the direction it did. I definitely this this book is worth the hype! Perfect to read before Halloween.
