I ended up buying the Kindle edition of this because I decided I wouldn't be able to wait for a hard copy to get here. There's a lot of hype about this book right now, so I won't go into too much detail for fear of spoilers.
The hype is there for a reason. One of the best-written books I've read in a while. The characters were realistic and had a lot of depth. The author made you care about them and their lives, even outside of the case. The main storyline was deeply intriguing and keeps you hooked the entire time. The only thing I didn't like were the bad guys, but you didn't see too much of them, so that wasn't a huge problem for me.
Otherwise, I had zero complaints about this book. I highly recommend it
