I thought this book wasn’t nearly as creepy as it promised to be. Honestly, at one point I just went "Is this domestic suspense with drunk men instead of drunk women," and then I couldn’t un-think that. The only sort-of twist that I didn't figure out was how the different points of view go together and I prefer to be shocked by my thrillers.
I do think this book would make a really good movie or TV adaption though.

Audio note: I listened to it, but I made no notes on the narrator so I guess he wasn’t memorable either way. This is a British story though so he does have a British accent if that affects your ability to understand.
