A decent thriller that switches between first and third person narratives, which can get confusing at times. There are moments are pure terror and then there are moments where you feel like you are walking in a fog. Kinda like when you daydream or sleep walk and somehow you get startled awake.. its like that... you are in it one minute and the next you are dozing off in a fog of dare I say it .. boredom. Its not all bad, there are some creepy make your skin crawl kind of moments here and there. Its just not fluid and it feels really patchy for lack of a better word. I don't like giving bad reviews but this one just missed the mark for me. That might be my fault since I was really hyped to read it because everyone was saying how great it was and I had high hopes which it didn't dwliver on at all. Maybe my expectations were too high and I expected too much from this book.
