The spook factor is strong with this one and it has quickly become on of my favorite books of the year.
The Whisper Man tells a story of the present and a story of the past from the point of view of a father and son, as well as a detective. These stories quickly make a connection to one another, but I promise that will give nothing away for the ending of the story.
Each time I thought I found the connection between the past murders of the man known as The Whisper Man, and the creepy events happening to father and son, I was wrong! There are so many details to pay attention to in this story that at the end you may say "how did I miss that." This is definitely a story I would read again to go back and tally up those details.
Additonally, this story has one of the BEST endings I have ever read. I was literally left with chills!
