I had seen several posts with this book and it kept enticing me. I was thrilled to have received an advanced reader copy! I love the cover art for this book and I feel it helps to add to the eeriness of the story. I like that there this story discusses Frank Carter, dubbed "The whisper Man" is 20 years into serving his sentence while new abductions, in the same manner, are taking place. The new detective on the scene teams up with one who was on the original case to try solve this mystery. All the while a widowed man and his son are searching for some normalcy since the passing of his wife. Such a gripping page turner, where your mind is constantly racing back and forth wondering what happened or what will happen. Loved this story by Alex North and can't wait to see what else he has in store.
