It was hard to get into at first but once you are, holy smokes. It completely sucks you in and you don't want to stop reading. It tells you a creepy story every parent would have nightmares about. The character development along with how they connect is weird and not even something you would think is happening in the story until you're in far enough that the lines start connecting and linking together. I would highly recommend this book to everyone! The authors in depth knowledge of crime and law enforcement to know the inside look at what goes on to be able to capture that side of the book is absolutely wonderful! The psychologically capture of the events before, leading up to, and after have you even questioning the characters and what's going on in their lives at parts I had to reread to make sure I was understanding the issues they were going through!
