I loved this book!! It immediately drew me in, it had my sole attention right from the start. It had just the right amount of creepy, thought provoking, and mystery for me. This would be an excellent book to read around Halloween, because that would definitely add to the creepy factor.
The Plot immediately pulled me in with the kidnapping of a young boy and didn't let me go. I was so intrigued by the relationship Tom Kennedy and his young son Jake who had recently moved back to the same town as they heal from a recent tragedy and look to rebuild their lives.
Told in alternating viewpoints, I felt the pacing was perfecting moved along really quickly. This is definitely a book worth reading, especially if you like to feel uneasy and scared throughout your reading experience!
