Man, did I love this book. It was a very quick read for me despite the fact that the first half of the book literally terrified me. Like very creepy, too real. I don’t normal get scared from books but yeah...I was scared. This book oozed with suspense. I was constantly wondering what every small detail meant for the big picture and if the small details even were something to pay attention to. Well Alex North did not let those small details go to waste. You can just tell how much thought and precision went into this novel and I commend North for his execution. I’m pretty pumped for this next novel - The Shadows - of which I just read the First Look this past weekend. Love this author and will definitely be following his works.
