I really enjoyed The Whisper Man by Alex North. The characters were interesting and I liked reading from their different perspectives. Even reading from the little boy's perspective was interesting and oftentimes I think a child's perspective in a book tends to be a little boring.
The story moves quickly and keeps you guess the whole time. It was not predictable. My ideas about what was going on in the story changed the whole time. It reminded me of a very good episode of a crime television show.
The writing style was easy to follow. I was able to finish this book pretty quickly. Aside from the crimes described in the story there is a lot about father son relationships which I found very engaging.
