In "The Whisper Man," Alex North skillfully weaves a creepy page-turner that you won't want to put down. It kept me guessing up until the very end, and though I don't usually like stories that take on a multi-generational sort-of plotline, this one really did it for me.

The story itself is centered around a serial killer known as "the Whisper Man," children that go missing, a small town, and a family that moves there after experiencing a tragic loss. It is exceptionally readable, even if this isn't a genre you would normally pick up, and there are enough twists and turns to keep you guessing until the very end. It's a creepy thriller whose story really sticks with you--and keeps you up at night.
