"It's not going to be easy, and I need to start with an apology. Because over the years I've told you many times that there's no such thing as monsters. I'm sorry that I lied."

SYNOPSIS | After Tom Kennedy's wife suddenly passes away, he decides that he & his son (Jake) need a fresh start in a new house in a new town (Featherbank), however the town has a sordid history as twenty years ago a serial killer known as The Whisper Man abducted and murdered five young boys. Shortly after Tom & his son move in, another boy goes missing and as the investigation is underway Jake starts to hear whispering at his window too...

MY THOUGHTS | I was surprised how much I enjoyed this one. It wasn't gruesome but it definitely had the creep factor and I gorged the whole book in one day because I needed to know how it ended. I loved the little reveals along the way and I didn't actually predict any of them.
