Wow! I saw the cover and thought it to be an investigative thriller at first, and while it is actually one, there are definitely many more layers to this story. I absolutely adore the mild cliffhangers at the end of each chapter, and how the emotions going on within Jake and his dad is so wonderfully narrated. This actually took me by surprise, and I'm sure I'm going to read this book when it comes out!
