This seems to be a story about loss, lost, and found. Missing children are the cruelest and the most heartbreaking of news since they are the epitome of innocence. I liked the first excerpt written to Jake, it seems to foreshadow a lot right away. I'm excited to read more about The Whisper Man and unravel the secrets the town has and if the stream of missing children will finally dry out.
