So I really liked reading The Wedding Date by Jasmine Guillory. It had really great multifaceted and diverse characters, the plot although straightforward was written in such a way that it felt fresh and a little bit different. A stranger that eventually turns into friendship and something more is the core of the story. Alexa and Drew are delightful characters and the dialogue between them felt natural, flirty and fun. It is an interracial romance but it wasn't like the front and center of the romance. There were moments highlighted that may occur in real life settings that doesn't really interfere with Drew and Alexa's developing relationship. The Wedding Date is a funny, flirty and sweet romance that definitely gives all the feels.
