So I was instantly drawn in because of how amazing the story seemed to be. Once of the perfect cheesy romances that anyone would love to read especially to use to cope from a long day at work. However once I began reading I realized that this book was just not for me. I love a good romance novel. I enjoy cheesy romance. But the writing style of this author is clearly not for me. After reading the proposal, I was going in giving this writing style another chance but it wasn’t for me. The characters did not have much personality and the way they interact with others was just so different and simple from what I have read before. As an adult novel I expected the characters to have more personality. They had very minor thinking patterns and overall this book was just a DNF because of the writing style.
