The Wedding Date appears at first glance to be a classic girl meets boy, girl and boy live happily ever after story. This is not the case. There are a lot of twists and turns in this story. You may see some of them coming like when you realize that Drew is one of those guys. From nearly the beginning of the book you find out that he is one of those classic relationship ruiners. Of course he doesn’t tell Alexa that right away but by looking at him you can kind of tell. She’s not helpless in this book at all and clearly makes her own decisions. I was hooked to the book because I wanted to see if they ended up happily ever after. These two clash at times and it is funny because they are both headstrong. I am glad I got to read this and would recommend to friends.
