I loved this book so freaking much! The two main characters in this story, Alexa and Drew, have immediate chemistry and are SO FUN together. The ways they immediately click at the wedding had me SWOONING. Their banter and the friendship that develops is so sweet and you really can’t help but root for them. The side characters in this, like Maddie and Carlos, really add to the story as well. (I’m excited to read the next book in this series, featuring Carlos).
Is this book predictable? Sure, in some ways, but most romance books are. It’s the details of these characters and the ways we as readers get to see their relationship grow that makes me love this book. So sweet, so fun, definitely steamy. A great summer read, or really any time of year read. I will definitely be working my way through all of Jasmine Guillory’s books in this entire series!
