I absolutely loved this book. I read it in a day and it was one of the better days I've had recently. I knew the pattern that this book was going to follow but I really enjoyed the journey along the way. This had everything I wanted in a book and just a bit more.
I think that the characters were people that I wanted to know. I liked that Alexa was written realistically, she was someone I relate to and I find that rare in romance stories and Drew was a great departure from the typical guy in these stories. I respect the different take on these roles. It was quite apparent how it was going to end, but there were little surprises sprinkled throughout that it felt fresh and new and I appreciate that. I enjoyed this so much that I wish there was a sequel. It was light and refreshing and thoroughly enjoyable and I am looking forward to this author's career.
