Another great romance novel I couldn't put down. Finally an interracial romance with a meet-cute introduction and an acknowledgement of the two leads coming from different backgrounds without being heavy handed. This particular genre is crowded now with authors writing these books just to make a quick buck. I find I often read stories that are supposed to be about love but end up being all about love. Meanwhile the character development is non-existent and I don't find myself particularly attached to either lead. This one was different. Each character had fresh careers. No billionaire world-wind romances in sight. The sex did get tedious in some parts but that aspect was very well written. Not too graphic and just the right amount of teasing. Alexa and Drew started a friendship that turned into friends with benefits that slowly blossomed into something more.
