Alexa and Drew meet when they get stuck in an elevator together. Drew, a handsome doctor, is in town for his ex's wedding and is desperate for a date to the wedding. Alexa agrees to be his fake girlfriend and go with him to the wedding. Even though it starts out as fake, it soon gets real. They start to travel to see each other most weekends. But Drew doesn't do the relationship thing and he told Alexa that up front. Soon they can't stop thinking about each other and their feelings for each other grow.
I'm not usually a big romance reader but I've finally found a romance author that I love! I loved the characters, even if I did want to scream at them that they are meant to be together! It was a cute and quick read, even if it got a bit corny at times.
