The Wedding Date is a great book for people who aren't super familiar or interested in classic romance books.
I do not read much romance at all, but I am a huge fan of Romantic Comedy movies - which made the Wedding Date so perfect for me! I loved everything about it. It was cute, but steamy. Even the steamiest scenes were tamer than I thought they would be! (This is a good thing). It made me blush, but not uncomfortable!
I liked Alexa and Drew's meet-cute and I LOVED that they were an interracial couple. As a biracial woman, it is always exciting to see that represented in books.
The Wedding Date was pretty predictable, but so, so, so entertaining! It switched perspectives throughout (from Alexa to Drew) and it was great to see the differing thoughts.
