I wouldn't say I loved this book because it wasn't my favorite, however I did enjoy it a lot more than The Proposal by the same author. I read this one quickly because it is full of dialogue and the chapters are short enough. It was very predictable from the very beginning, but I suppose that is how Chick Lit usually is. I liked the character, which is more than I can say than the characters in The Proposal. The story was more believable and flowed a lot better. I do appreciate how the author ties together her novels by setting them in the same universe, but they are standalone novels. I am not opposed to reading anymore by this author, but I am also not seeking out any new novels by her. You can read this book in a couple of days and your life is not worse or better for it.
