This first impression starts with an entertaining meet cute, as the characters meet in an elevator and Alexis ends up agreeing to be Drew's date for a wedding that weekend. This book seems that though it will be a romance, it will feature strong characters and a good story, too. The cover makes this book seem like it will be more of a "classic" women's fiction novel in the vein of Sophie Kinsella or Jane Green, so I'd be interested to see whether the rest of the story goes in that direction or is more of a standard romance.
