I enjoyed the humor of this excerpt as well as the dangling of backstory. I want to know more about Drew's past history, making this a more compelling read for me. Alexa is a smart woman with her own history to dig into along with her relationship with her sister. The chemistry between Drew and Alexa came quick but not forced. I want to see how their date plays out and continues toward an HEA.
