This was a pretty great read for me. I loved the super diverse cast of characters that seemed relatable, real and fleshed out. I enjoyed that every part of the book that made me uneasy was on purpose. All of the red flags and hinky moves were on purpose through the writing. It was very easy to get lost in the world of the book; the writing did not take you out of it at all. I don't know how, but I totally didn't see the twist coming AT ALL, so I appreciated that. I'm usually super good at picking up on clues but that twist kept me on my toes. I'd like another novel about the best friend's romance. This world seems full of characters who have stories worth exploring. I also think that this book serves as a good slice of life for young women who may not be as experienced with saying it how unhinged people can be. I would certainly recommend this book to the young people who I know personally.
