I want to read what happens next in this novel about the company STADA and how the new -- young -- boss with change the corporate culture in ways that our heroine can't even imagine. The precise, structured life of the engineer that we meet is about to be turned upside down, I suspect, and I want more of thee story. The company appears to be modeled after an IKEA-like organization and I'm curious how the future of the company will be changed by the new director of products -- a self described: not a douche bag bro. He must be aware -- at least a little bit -- of how he comes across to describe himself that way. I just finished reading "Black Buck" about sales in a New York City startup and a novel about diversity and I an wondering if diversity will be an issue in this book, since there was a character described and older and the only black woman on the board of directors. I hope so, since diversity and corporate culture need to be written about together in these turbulent times.
