This book was like a breath of fresh air. This was a romance/drama unlike most that I read for sure. It definitely gave me vibes that reminded me of "Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine" - which I LOVE - and had a certain awkward yet cute vibe to the storyline. The main character reminds me a LOT of Eleanor, just throw in the cool aspect of working at a furniture company [that may or may not be kinda just like IKEA] and you have a recipe for a pretty neat romantic drama.
The cover: I do like the cover - I feel like it really ties in the overall plot and theme of the book. I like how it visually appears like a design schematic would - lots of dotted lines and straight up-and-down visuals. The monochromatic-esque color scheme also works so well with the cover.
Overall: If you're tired of boring same-old romances and are more into fun and awkward yet quirky rom-com/romantic dramas with a unique main character, this may be a good pick for you! If you like characters with complex internal dynamics and inner dialogues, there is also plenty of that.
