Not for me

I felt like I was reading an IKEA catalog and found it a weird way to begin the first 6 pages of a book. I know the main character is a product engineer, but really?

Once I got beyond the catalog and into the corporate "meat", the book became much more relatable. Having worked in an environment full of needless meetings and forced social engagements eating into productivity time, it was a little nice to see that work culture depicted.

Navigating the corporate world and change is a tough thing to do, and I think this book will provide good commentary on the subject. I don't think it is for me, though.
