Interesting, but I caught myself skimming.

I'm sure this is going to be a nice read in the end, but right from the beginning, I caught myself skimming. I get the ikea-esque gimmick, BUT using all of the proper names and dropping the company name in every sentence in the beginning quickly had me reading over those sentences. I'm interested in where the story goes--hopefully with a little less cheek.
