Ava has a ROUTINE. She is all about simplicity for the sake of efficiency. Then her boss retires and is replaced by Mat, a major extrovert. Now she has to interact with this puppy like man on a regular basis which throws off her ROUTINE. Mat’s actions are confusing for Ava.
