I'll be honest. I am unsure where this novel is going. Is it a romance? I've read that it's an office suspense or even a thriller, but I'm not getting that right away at all. The beginning is very analytical and might be hard to get through for some. Right now we have a very limited view point on Ava and how she's getting through life. It would be interesting to see how her character grows or continues through the story.
