This book is set in a dystopian world of mostly water where the small minority with access to land have power/control over food and resources. For those that love a good dystopian storyline, this one draws you in immediately. The characters are compelling and interesting. Each with a very separate story line that you want to hear more about, and this is without the main mystery of the story even being developed yet!
The dystopian world begins to take shape in the first few chapters. Very well designed. Interesting concepts. Especially drawing on the lack of resources by most and the dynamic that creates with those who have resources.
