So far, the descriptions in this novel are fantastic and really effective. I found myself immersed in the world being created really quickly. I think the writing is compelling and I would love to read more to discover the truth about Tempe's sister and put all the pieces of the puzzle together. I think the cover art is striking, but a little too creepy for my taste.
