I love Young Adult Dystopian Fiction. What I liked about this excerpt is the idea of being able to revive the dead for a 24 hour period. Who hasn't thought of the things they would do or say if only they had 24 more hours with a loved one. Sure, the revived people aren't supposed to know they've been dead, but wouldn't they know when the other person cries so much? This excerpt gave me stories from the viewpoints of 2 very different characters: Tempest, who has lost her parents and her sister in recent years and wants to revive her sister and then Lor, who works for Palindromena, the company that is able to revive the loved ones of those who have enough money to do so. This excerpt was AMAZING and I was disappointed when it ended so soon. It's going to be a book that I'll add to my classroom library for sure.
