Majority of the land is underwater and Tempest dives in the ruins of the world to find items to sell in order to live and to save to revive her sister. I love a good mystery and the first few chapters are setting up multiple mysteries - why does Tempest want to talk to her sister? What does she want to ask her? Why is she angry with her? What is the science behind the revivals? Is there a mystery to how her parents died?
