This seems like a neat story idea. I'll admit high fantasy isn't my strong suit but I like the idea of diving for relics of a bygone civilization! I haven't read the author's other book but I believe it was very well received, so I may give this a chance!
As for the cover, I like it but it doesn't have a YA fantasy feel to it. It looks more like a thriller.
