I enjoyed "Unwilling" by John Hart. I've read a few others by this author and always thought they were good. This one had more of an "edge" than some of his other books and was actually very graphic (violent) in spots which surprised me. I liked the interplay of the brothers against each other and their roles within the family - the good kid vs. the troublemaker. But, in the end, we find out that the reasons we behave a certain way aren't always apparent. The book also sheds some light on veterans and what they can go through during a war and what we don't always know about their lives. It is a sad situation in a lot of cases and they don't always get the help that they need when they come home. I would recommend this book to someone who likes a crime novel, mixed with a little Stephen King violence, and a dose of family drama all rolled into one.
