Our family has been an avid reader and fan of John Hart since the publishing of his first book "The King of Lies"! We anxiously await each new book that he writes. This book "The Unwilling" far exceeded our expectations. He definitely is a master storyteller and he is the master of this story. Each book is different, set in a different place, a different time and with different characters. All the characters have a purpose and a place in time. This book sheds a light on what our young people go through when our country decides to go to war and how it affects their home life after military life when they come back home. The story was outstanding and the book was hard to put down, once you got into it. Keep up the good work and you have two avid readers that are anxiously awaiting the next book that you write.
