The Unwilling by John Hart goes so much more deeper and harder than the explanation on the back of the book. The book is centered around the young, good boy, heart throb Gibby who lives with his parents. Then you get the return of his bad boy, military hunk brother Jason who's home from a three year stint in prison. Gibby is so looking forward to spending time with Jason, as he is the only brother he has left (his other bro died in the war) but things quickly fall apart and are never, ever get put right again. Enter X, the psycho inmate with the diabolical mind of Hanibal Lector and power and money unimaginable for an inmate. Yes, he's still in the bowels of the prison Jason just left and is soon to return to.
Each character plays an explosive part in the book and makes for a climactic end. With many other characters sprinkled here and there, this makes for a complete meal of a book and will have you late for appointments because you can't put it down. I am hungry for a Part 2, because do psychos really ever die.........?
