I was pulled into this story quickly. At the heart of this is a broken family, who fell a part after the oldest son died. I do think it was interesting that the book is told from two different points of view (3rd and then 1st through Gibby). I think it's so sad that Gabrielle is turning her back on Jason to protect Gibby. I definitely want to see how that one plays out. I think somewhere in the book that Gabrielle and Jason need to talk. The brothers should see each other and Gibby points out that he doesn't want to lose Jason after what happened to Robert. When there are twins they always seem to be compared to one another. In this book the "good twin" has died and everyone seems to be aware that Robert was the "good twin". I really want to see the family come back together; and if that doesn't happen I want to see how they all interact with each other and the Jason that has come back after enlisting in Vietnam and getting out of prison.
