I thought the cover was lovely it showed a strong woman holding her ground. The book starts out with Harriet's personal life - her marriage. What it felt like to be a slave in her household with an erractic Master. I found it interesting that the town she lived in was half slaves and half freed blacks. Her being "Moses" had already begun. She was already leading people up north. I look forward to finishing this book.
