The sexual tension between cool rancher Joshua and flighty artist Suzanne begins the second she pulls into his ranch and remains on high heat throughout the book!
I liked the background of the ranch, the Colorado mountains, and the snowstorm that leaves them stranded for a night. The plot itself leans toward unbelievable (she really does all this so her parents can save their marriage??) but it is also a unique plot and it sets up the back and forth bickering between Suzanne and Joshua. It's tongue-in-cheek fun and a holiday fantasy.
The language can be strong for some readers, there is some blunt sexual talk that might turn off those that are used to more mild romance novels. It either bothers you or it doesn't, but if it's something that does it might be a turn off from your enjoyment of the novel. Just be prepared, it's a bit R-rated!
