I’m a fan of Amy Andrews’ writing, and this book, in the brief glimpse I had of it, seems to reaffirm that appreciation. Joshua Grady is a man most at home by himself on his ranch, but when his uncle insists on renting out the nearby cabin he finds himself entertaining thoughts of the woman who has stormed into his life. Suzanne St. Michelle, an artist, has come to the remote town in a bid to find her lost muse, and find it she does in the taciturn Grady. The story grabbed my attention from the start, and I found myself laughing out loud from the first page. Grady and Suzanne both seem like interesting characters, and I’m looking forward to getting to know them, and the other characters that populate Credence, CO.
